Whilst we’re excited to be starting to reopen our restaurants again, our number one commitment remains the wellbeing of our guests and our teams. We have put in place measures based on advice and guidance provided by the government and industry bodies.
Here’s what we’re doing:
We are encouraging contactless payments to avoid handling cash. Card machines when used will be sanitised between every use.
We have introduced new measures to ensure that we meet government advice on safe distancing. We ask all our guests to be respectful of this policy when they visit us.
Sanitiser and handwashing
All customer service points will have a dedicated hand sanitising point. Every person entering the premise is requested to sanitise their hands before entering. An increased hand wash policy is also in place for all team members with employees prompted to wash their hands every 30 minutes.
Increased cleaning operations are in place in all restaurants. Frequent cleaning of work areas and equipment between uses is compulsory.
